Ingredients:
For Rabdi:
1 Litre Milk
6-7 Tsp Sugar
Pinch of Cardamom powder
For Tart Chunks:
100 Gms butter
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Cup Maida
For Mango Puree:
2 Fully ripe mangoes
Sugar as per taste
Milk as required
Method:
For Tart Chunks:
Take 100 gms of butter beat it, make it soft and creamy texture
Add 1 cup of powdered sugar whisk until softens
Add 1 cup of maida and make smooth dough
Bake your tart at 160°c for 10 to 15 mins
Keep it to cool. Then break your tart into small chunks and keep it aside.
For Rabdi:
Boil on low heat 1 litre of milk add sugar 6 to 7 tablespoons when milk is boiled properly
Mix it properly and start collecting cream from the side
Collect the cream until the milk is reduced to 1 cup
Add cardamom powder. Give it gentle stir
Keep it aside to cool down.
For Mango Puree:
Take mango pulp, chilled milk and sugar as per taste
Make a very thick puree and keep it aside.
Plating:
In a glass, assemble beautifully all the ingredients together as per your creativity. Garnish it with some small chunks, cut mangoes and serve it chilled.
