25 May 2020 Eggs Devil Starter, Non-Veg

Ingredients:
4 Hard Boil Eggs
½ Cup Maida
300 Grms Bread Crumbs
Oil For Frying

Outer Covering (Potato Mixture):
4 Medium Size Potato Boiled & Grated
½ Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Chopped
1 Tsp Green Chilies Chopped
¼ Tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Chat Masala
¼ Tsp Garam Masala
Salt to Taste

Batter:
1 Beaten Egg
½ Tsp Chili Flakes
Salt to Taste
4-5 Tbsp Maida

Onion Rings:
1 Large Onion Cut Into 1 Cm Thick Slices
1 Cup Maida
¼ Tsp Chili Flakes
¼ Tsp Oregano Seasoning
Salt to Taste
¾ - 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Beaten Egg
Oil for Frying

Method

  • Heat pan with 2 tbsp oil, add onion saute for a minute, add green chilies, ginger-garlic, saute for a min again.
  • Add grated potatoes, salt, chat masala, garam masala, red chili powder, mix well cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame
  • Transfer the mixture into a plate to cool down.
  • When cool down add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Take a portion of this mixture and flatten it in your palm and place the boiled egg now cover it with the mixture properly and give it a nice egg shape. Cover each egg in the same way and keep aside.

Batter:

  • Take a bowl with beaten egg and add chili flakes and salt to it and mix well.
  • Take maida in a plate and roll each egg covered with potato mixture in maida and dust extra maida coated on it.
  • Dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs then refrigerate then for at least half an hour.
  • Meantime we will make onion rings.
  • Take onion slices and separate them to rings and keep aside.
  • In a bowl take maida, salt, chili flakes, oregano seasoning mix well.
  • Take each rings and coat in this mixture very well and dip in beaten egg, then again coat in maida mixture, then dip in beaten egg, coat in breadcrumbs and keep aside.
  • Now take out eggs devil from refrigerator.
  • Heat oil in pan. Fry these eggs devil first on medium heat and fry till crisp and golden in color.
  • Take out on a plate with tissue paper on it.
  • Fry onion rings also on medium heat till crisp and golden in color.
  • Our eggs devil is ready. Serve eggs devil with onion rings and green chutney with creativie plating.
