Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida hosting a food festival from 2 to 11 September, 2022 at its all day dining eatery, Cafe on 3 namely Purvaiya 2.0 - A breeze from unexplored Bihari kitchens. Celebrity Chef Maneesh Srivastava curated the menu for Purvaiya 2.0 which includes the secret recipes of their home kitchens of Bihar.

Every place has its own culture, tradition and food and so does Bihar. The festival has tastefully-done live cooking stations showcasing famed Bihari dishes – Litti Chokha, Ghughni, Jhaal muri and not to be missed Phuchka chaat. The carefully crafted menu comprises traditional food, succulently created from fresh ingredients and deftly spiced by culinary geniuses. The festival is a culinary journey where guests can treat themselves to authentic Bihari delicacies from different regions of Bihar. The most popular Rekaunch and Gatta-curried green peas is from Mithilanchal region. However, Litti Chokha is very famous in parts of Saran which is also known as Bhojpuri region. Also on offer are delectable lamb and fish curries to be enjoyed with rice and selection of traditional breads cooked to order in the restaurant.
