Western India Culinary Association (WICA) is excited to announce the 10th edition of Chef’s Connect 2023. The theme for this year’s event is “What’s on the Plate”. Chefs Connect is a unique and highly anticipated culinary event that brings together some of the finest chefs, restaurateurs, culinary artisans, and food industry professionals. This event serves as a platform for culinary innovation, knowledge sharing, and networking in an immersive and engaging environment.

Key highlights of Chef’s Connect 2023 include

Inspiring Keynote Presentation from Dr. Chef Parvinder Bali, Corporate Chef Learning & Development, EIH Ltd - Oberoi Hotels And Resorts. Other eminent speakers include Chef Manjit Gill, President, IFCA, Chef Baranidharan P, Founder & CEO, Chef’s Imprint, Waterful and Chef Gunjan Goela.

Panel discussions will cover the topic – “Where’s all the Talent gone?” Key points of discussion will cover, Hospitality failing to attract and retain talent and cope with exponential growth, what the industry and academia need to do (individually and jointly) and are other fields more attractive? If yes, how?
