Roat Main Course, Veg
Ingredients
2 Cup wheat flour
1 Cup milk
1 Pinch salt
2 Tsp desi ghee
Ghee for dipping
Method
- Mix wheat flour, ghee and salt. Make dough by adding milk
- Leave it for 15-20 minutes
- Make thick roat and roast half
- Keep it for cool
- Make the design and then roast in slow flame
- Once roasted fully, drown out from ghee
- Serve it with ghee, powder sugar, Aloo ki Sabzi, Dahi, Salad and Mirchi Ke Tipore.
