Ingredients

2 Cup wheat flour
1 Cup milk
1 Pinch salt
2 Tsp desi ghee
Ghee for dipping

Method

  • Mix wheat flour, ghee and salt. Make dough by adding milk
  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes
  • Make thick roat and roast half
  • Keep it for cool
  • Make the design and then roast in slow flame
  • Once roasted fully, drown out from ghee
  • Serve it with ghee, powder sugar, Aloo ki Sabzi, Dahi, Salad and Mirchi Ke Tipore.
